UAC Delivered New SU-35S Aircraft to The Russian Ministry of Defense

Rostec announced on June 23 that an additional batch of new Sukhoi Su-35S Flanker aircraft has been delivered to the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The aircraft were delivered by the Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aviation Plant (KnAAZ), a subsidiary of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), part of Rostec.

The Su-35S was accepted by the technical service and has passed factory tests.

Each aircraft was tested in the air in various operating modes, the company said.

Yury Slyusar, General Manager of United Aircraft Corporation, said that his party will continue to fulfill obligations under the contracts that have been made.

"Su-35 aircraft of the following batches are in production. In addition, this year, the volume of deliveries of fifth-generation Su-57 fighters to the Russian Air Force will increase," he said.
